Flexopack opts for two ROTOCON CHROME RFP flexo presses
Flexopack, Armenia’s flexo printing pioneer, has invested in two ROTOCON CHROME RFP presses following a successful drupa 2024 demo. The RFP 340, installed first, handles polyamide sausage casings with precision UV LED curing, while the RFP 450 is designed for high-accuracy in-mould labels. Expert installation and training by ROTOCON ensure Flexopack can maximize quality, speed, and versatility, reinforcing its leadership in Armenian flexo printing.
Armenian printer GINAPLLC (factory known as Flexopack)has invested in two ROTOCON CHROME RFP flexo presses, and its first press wassuccessfully installed earlier this month.
After a demonstrationof the ROTOCON CHROME RFP 340 flexo press during drupa 2024, Flexopack GeneralDirector Manuk Manukyan placed an order on-site. Features of the RFP 340 pressinclude eight printing units, one die cutting station, the latest Bosch Rexrothdrive package running 200mpm, BST auto web guiding, eight LED UV dryer systems,and a cold foil unit. The discussion at drupa 2024 also resulted in Flexopackpurchasing a ROTOCON ProCut S330 die-cutting machine, a highly effectivesolution for label finishing.
Following thesuccessful installation of their CHROME RFP 340 press, with installation andtraining led by ROTOCON’s technical sales manager Sachin Sukhlal, Flexopackconfirmed a second order for a CHROME RFP 450 flexo press with 10 printingunits.
Flexopack’s CHROME RFP340 press is designed for printing on polyamide sausage casings, utilizingspecially developed 395 nm UV LED lamps. The CHROME RFP 450 press is designedfor printing in-mould labels, where high printing accuracy is required.
