ROTOCON’s flexographic printing presses offer web widths of 350 mm, 450 mm, 530 mm, and up to 660 mm. Speeds reach up to 200 m/min depending on the model. Each print unit is driven by dual independent servo motors (sleeve and impression) using premium Baumüller or Yaskawa systems. The repeat range spans from 254 to 609.6 mm. ROTOCON’s hybrid and digital solutions (e.g. RDF series) offer semi-rotary and full-rotary finishing with inline embellishment, achieving speeds up to 120 m/min and precision levels of ±0.15 mm.

ROTOCON’s flexographic presses are ideal for long-run, multi-colour jobs with superior speed and low per-unit costs. They provide high accuracy through servo-driven control and fast production throughput. Digital and hybrid presses, represented by ROTOCON through selected partners, offer greater flexibility for short runs, rapid job changeovers, and customisation. While digital jobs have higher material costs per print, they eliminate plate-making and setup time, making them ideal for frequent design changes and variable data printing. ROTOCON does not manufacture its own digital presses but represents and integrates partner products to complement its CHROME and ECOLINE equipment.

Purchasing pre-owned equipment from ROTOCON provides a cost-effective and practical solution when new machines are beyond your current budget. Through our global sourcing network, we provide well-maintained presses that are refurbished, inspected, and ready for production. ROTOCON handles sourcing, shipping, installation, training, and ongoing support, giving you a single point of accountability. Pre-owned machines come with warranty options, access to parts, and potential upgrades, ensuring reliable performance while reducing upfront costs and supporting sustainable practices.

ROTOCON sources pre-owned equipment through trusted global networks and conducts full inspections via OEM-certified technicians. Machines are evaluated and, if required, upgraded with refurbishment kits. All systems are tested for mechanical, electrical, and print accuracy before delivery. Our turnkey service includes logistics, installation, and training to ensure refurbished systems perform to original specifications.

Installation is managed as a turnkey project by ROTOCON’s technical team. Requirements typically include standard industrial floor space, stable power supply, compressed air, and web-path alignment. Most installations are completed within a few days to two weeks, depending on system complexity. Setup includes machine commissioning, operator training, and performance testing.

ROTOCON machines integrate advanced automation such as:

•Dual servo motors per print unit (sleeve & impression)

•Web guiding and tension control systems

•Smart job memory and automated register settings

•Inline inspection

•Non-stop rewinders and automatic splicing

•Modular embellishment units for hot/cold foil, screen, embossing, lamination, and UV/IR curing

These automation features reduce waste, speed up job changeovers, and improve overall process reliability.
