ROTOCON appointed as authorised service partner for ROTOCONTROL™ machinery
ROTOCON has been appointed by EMT International as the authorised service partner for all service, spare parts, and retrofit requests related to ROTOCONTROL machinery outside North America. EMT International will continue to support customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
This strategic alignment strengthens a globally coordinated service structure, ensuring reliable, responsive support for customers worldwide. ROTOCON service operations will be led by Metin Ertem, Operations Manager at ROTOCON Europe, headquartered in Siek, Germany (near Hamburg). Ertem previously served as Service Manager with ROTOCONTROL EMT, and his team brings extensive experience in the label industry and deep knowledge of ROTOCONTROL equipment, providing customers with continuity and expertise during the transition.
ROTOCONTROL was founded in 2008 by Michael Aengenvoort and Marco Aengenvoort in Germany to provide high-speed inspection, slitting, and rewinding machinery for the label industry. Marco Aengenvoort served as Managing Director of ROTOCONTROL for 16 years before taking the helm at ROTOCON Europe, bringing extensive knowledge of the machinery and the label industry to the new service alignment.
In 2017, ROTOCONTROL was acquired by EMT International, expanding its global reach while maintaining German engineering quality. Today, ROTOCONTROL machinery is used worldwide, providing flexible, high-performance finishing solutions for label converters and printers.
“With ROTOCON now supporting ROTOCONTROL machinery worldwide outside North America, we’re ensuring that customers benefit from over 17 years of proven installations and legacy equipment expertise,” said Marco Aengenvoort, Managing Director of ROTOCON Europe.
“Our experienced team combines deep knowledge of ROTOCONTROL machines with a commitment to responsive, reliable service. EMT International and ROTOCON are aligned and ready to assist customers during this transition and beyond, to maximise uptime and maintain the high performance they’ve come to expect.”
